Introduction
What we do
Section titled “What we do”We run cold email outbound, end to end. That means:
- Building the technical infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, DNS)
- Finding high-intent leads from your ICP using our proprietary OSINT pipeline
- Writing 100% unique emails to every prospect — no templates
- Managing sending, reply triage, and calendar booking
- Reporting on what’s working and iterating weekly
You review copy, give feedback on lead quality, and show up to the meetings we book. That’s it.
What we don’t do
Section titled “What we don’t do”- LinkedIn outreach (we use LinkedIn as a data source, not a sending channel)
- Paid ads, SEO, or content
- CRM setup or sales training
- Anything that requires access to your main domain or primary inbox
How we’re different
Section titled “How we’re different”Most agencies buy the same Apollo list and run it through Instantly. You get recycled leads, template copy, and a weekly call to justify the retainer.
We’re built differently:
| What most agencies do | What we do |
|---|---|
| Shared Apollo/ZoomInfo database | Proprietary OSINT pipeline built per client |
| Template emails with mail-merge personalization | 100% unique email to every prospect |
| Your main domain (risky) | Lookalike domains we buy and manage |
| Monthly reporting PDF | Live metrics sheet + weekly Loom |
| Long-term contract | Month-to-month after day 60 |
The timeline
Section titled “The timeline”| Day | What happens |

| 1–3 | Onboarding call, ICP definition, domain purchase |
| 4–10 | DNS setup, mailbox creation, warmup begins |
| 8–14 | First copy draft delivered for your review |
| 14–21 | Sequences approved and queued |
| 21 | First sends go out |
| 21–60 | Warmup ramp completes, volume increases to full 5,000/mo |
| 60 | First performance review. Month-to-month begins. |
